2. All our cards listed for sale are in stated condition, 99% of our cards are mint/nrmint, we have over 20 yrs of grading experience in both sports cards and trading cards, our grading structure is as noted below

-Mint/Nrmint = generally out of the pack, possibly played in a draft

-Light Play = very slight signs of play, possibly slight edge wear

-Moderate Play = wear can consist of edge and other areas of the card

-Heavy Play = noticeable play, would need to be sleeved. We can provide scans

-Damaged = water damage or rips, or tears, or defaced, significant issues. We provide scans

3. Payments we accept, all sales are in US$’s

-Canadian buyers are required to pay BC provincial GST/PST, and all other provinces are required to pay GST or HST depending on tax system in the province.

-Paypal, we reserve the right to only ship to confirmed addresses, ship within 48 hours

-US Postage Money Order, or  CanadaPost Money, we ship within 48 hours days of payment received

-US $ Personal checks take 21 days to clear our bank, will ship once the bank confirms payment has cleared

-Canadian cheques, take 10 days to clear our bank, will ship once bank confirms payment has cleared

-US $ cash, or Canadian $ cash, all other currencies must be approved, recommend this form is sent via registered mail, ship within 48 hours of payment

4. Shipping policies and rates

            -We ship via USPS every 48 hours

            -We ship via CanadaPost daily

In the event your shipment is lost or stolen,  As you are the buyer, it is your discretion to purchase appropriate tracking/insurance options as indicated in our cart system. If you choose not to purchase tracking our insurance you agree not to hold liable for your loss. We will however work with you to assist with any issues that may arise. US and Canadian Postal systems are near perfect and odds are slim to none that orders go missing. We have completed over 45,000 ebay transactions with nearly no postal/courier issues.

5. Return Policy

We do not accept any returns unless we misrepresented the stated condition of a card(s). Should we have made an error on the condition of the product we will work with you to either, #1, provide a negotiated partial refund based on the condition sent, or #2, provide a full refund with returned cost of shipping by the buyer, these are both at the buyers option!  We strive to ONLY carry mint/nrmint cards on our website, and we pride our grading system and expertise.

-If you paid via paypal, we will refund within 7 days of receipt of product

-If you paid by Money order, we will refund within 10 days of receipt of product

-If you paid by Personal check/Personal Cheque, we will refund within 10-21 days of receipt of product.

6. Order limits

We reserve the right to limit the # singles purchased by any single buyer. This is primarily caused when WoTC changes its Banning/Unbanning, or when a card is highly sought after shortly after a major tournament win.

7. Your privacy

We will never, ever… EVER sell your information such as email address, first/last name, any contact information, any address you provide us. You, as our customer are considered highly prized… and cannot be bought! We use a secure server that encrypts and scrambles your information before it is transmitted to our database. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products and future services.

8. Your Consent

By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
